Effective September 22, 2026. SNS F Incorporated may collect information that you voluntarily provide through contact, newsletter, volunteer, donation, event, or other website forms, including your name, email address, telephone number, age confirmation, skills or interests, and the content of your message. Payment information is processed by Wix, Zeffy, or their payment providers; SNS F Incorporated does not intentionally collect or store complete payment-card numbers. Do not submit Social Security numbers, medical records, background-check reports, driver’s-license images, bank information, or other sensitive documents through a public website form. If confidential screening information is required, it will be requested separately through an approved process.
How We Use and Share Information
We use information to respond to inquiries, process and document donations, review volunteer interest and applications, send requested communications, operate and improve the website, maintain records, protect safety and security, and meet legal or reporting obligations. Volunteer interest does not guarantee placement; staff review, screening, approval, orientation, and assignment requirements may apply. We may share information only with authorized personnel and service providers that support these purposes, including Wix, payment processors, Zeffy, Google services, and approved automation tools. We do not sell personal information. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, protect safety, or defend legal rights.
We retain information only as reasonably necessary for organizational, legal, security, and recordkeeping purposes. Website providers may use cookies or similar technologies for essential functions, analytics, security, and user preferences. Third-party services have their own privacy practices.

Newsletter recipients may unsubscribe through the message or by contacting us. The public volunteer process is for adults age 18 or older; SNS F Incorporated is not currently accepting volunteers under 18.
