Charitable Donations
Effective September 22, 2026. Charitable donations to SNS F Incorporated are generally final because funds may be committed to nonprofit operations and programs. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. No goods or services will be provided in exchange for a contribution unless expressly stated.
Duplicate, Mistaken, or Unauthorized Charges
SNS F Incorporated will review a request involving a duplicate donation, a donation made in error, or an unauthorized charge. Approval is not automatic and may depend on the available records, the status of the funds, applicable law, and the rules of Wix, Zeffy, the payment processor, bank, or card issuer. We may request information reasonably necessary to identify and review the transaction.
How to Request Review
Contact info@snsfinc.org or (631) 431-1310 as soon as you discover a duplicate, mistaken, or unauthorized charge. Include the donor name, transaction date, amount, payment method, and a brief explanation; do not send a full card number or bank-account number. Approved corrections will be issued through the original payment method when reasonably possible. Event tickets, merchandise, or other purchases—if later offered—may have separate written terms disclosed at the time of purchase.
